SOLIDARY EVENTS
At Nowhereland Tattoo, our work goes beyond just creating art. We are deeply committed to using our platform to make a positive impact, and a big part of what we do involves solidarity events and fundraising. We believe in harnessing the power of tattooing to support communities in need and raise funds for various causes around the world.
Through special tattoo events, we've had the privilege of supporting many important initiatives. Our efforts have included:
Beirut Queer Community: Following the devastating explosion in Beirut on August 4, 2020, we organized a fundraiser to support the local queer community in their time of crisis.
Gaza Relief: We have sent money to Gaza multiple times this year, including in 2024, directing funds through trusted organizations such as @hibrfalastin and @trahomcampaign to help those affected by the ongoing crisis.
Peru Solidarity Event: In 2023, we hosted a solidarity event to raise funds for a cause in Peru.
Trans Queer Community in Colombia: We have raised funds for the trans queer community in Bogotá, sending support to organizations like @redcomunitariatrans.
Local Berlin Initiatives: We're also dedicated to helping our own community. We've held events to raise money for local LGBTQ+ organizations like @casakua and @oyabar, supporting crucial work right here in Berlin.
Brazilian Trans Community: We’ve organized an event to support the trans community in Brazil, sending funds to @grupoconexaog.
We are incredibly proud of the generosity of our artists and clients, who turn a love for tattoos into tangible support for those facing hardship. These solidarity events are more than just fundraisers; they are a testament to our belief that art can be a powerful force for good, connecting us all in a shared spirit of compassion.
